Live Numbers Draw Attention
Live data on a stand, such as production counts, sensor readings or customer results, can make a claim feel real. It shows the product working now, not in a brochure, which suits technical and industrial exhibitors especially well.
Choose Metrics Carefully
We help exhibitors decide what to show as part of our information display work.
- One headline figure — a number visitors understand at a glance
- Context — a trend or comparison that shows why it matters
- Real or simulated — a clear label if the data is a demonstration
- Short loop — three or four views, not twenty
- Large type — readable from the aisle

Plan for Show Day Problems
Exhibition halls have crowded networks. Do not rely on the venue wifi for live data. A mobile connection, a local server or a recorded fallback loop keeps the display alive when something fails. If data is simulated, say so, as honesty protects your reputation.
Check commercial confidentiality before showing real customer figures.
Keep It Simple to Run
Staff on a stand are busy, so the dashboard should start itself and recover by itself. Agencies and exhibitors can scope it with us through our partnership service, including how it connects with other stand technology such as WebAR follow-ups.
