See the Space Before You Arrive
Floor plans do not show sightlines, ceiling heights or how a crowd will flow. A 3D replica of the venue lets planners test ideas on screen and spot problems when they are cheap to fix.
What a Model Can Do
Models range from simple massing to detailed scans. We use them to plan our stand and installation layouts and sometimes share them in VR.
- Layout testing — try stand positions and aisle widths
- Sightline checks — see what visitors see from key points
- Rigging and power plans — mark points and cable runs
- Client walkthroughs — show stakeholders the plan
- Crew briefings — help teams understand the space

Source Accurate Data
A model is only as good as its measurements. Request venue drawings, or capture the space by scan or photogrammetry. Label what is measured and what is assumed.
Keep It Proportionate
A rough model is often enough. Spend more only where decisions depend on accuracy. Agencies planning large events can discuss modelling via our partnership programme.
