Screens Are Not Print
Brand guidelines are often written for print and websites. Interactive installations add motion, sound, scale and touch, which need extra thought so the result still looks and feels like the brand.
What to Provide
A short, practical brief is more useful than a hundred-page document. It helps our design team get things right the first time.
- Logos and colours — with accepted screen versions
- Fonts — including licences for use in software
- Tone of voice — how the brand speaks to visitors
- Motion rules — speed, style and transitions
- Sound — music, voice and any restrictions

Test Colours on Real Screens
Colours shift between monitors, projectors and LED walls. Check proofs on the actual equipment, and agree acceptable variations in advance.
Approve in Stages
Review early sketches, then key screens, then the working build. Early approvals avoid expensive late changes. Agencies that hold the brand relationship can brief us through our partnership programme.
