Printing Shortens the Loop
A printed part can go from screen to hand in a day or two. That speed lets teams test shapes, brackets and enclosures before committing to expensive tooling or custom fabrication.
Good Uses
Printing is flexible but not universal. We use it throughout our installation builds.
- Prototype housings — check fit and appearance
- Sensor mounts — hold components in precise positions
- Small props — collectable items and detail pieces
- Jigs and tools — help assembly and repair
- Spare parts — quick replacements for touring kit

Know the Limits
Printed plastics can be weaker, warp in heat or fade in sunlight. Large or load-bearing parts often need other materials or processes, and surface finish may need work.
Think About Safety and Finish
Parts that visitors touch need smooth edges and suitable materials. Check fire and strength requirements for public use. Agencies commissioning props can contact us through our partnership programme.
